Lantan is an island-nation in the Trackless Sea north of the Chultan peninsula, known for its advanced technology and the population's devout worship of [[gud:gond|Gond]].

It consists of three separate islands: Lantan proper, which the Sambar Run separats from the southern Suj, and the easternmost and almost uninhabited Orlil.

They are roughly 300 miles (480 kilometers) south of the [[sted:moonshae|Moonshae Isles]].


==== Description ====
The islands of Lantan are rocky and covered in lush jungle with stone pinnacles rising up from the trees. While lush, the plant cover was less dense than nearby [[sted:chult|Chult]].

The settlements of Lantan are built elevated above the ground and jungle cover, with turreted homes connected by "spiderwebs" of rail-less bridges.

Lantan has several coastal fishing communities. The islands also has prime soil for farming.
